About Us

We are Shane Pratt and Dena Newcomb-Pratt.  We first visited Mesa, CO when our son, Tyler played in the 2015 JUCO World Series for San Jac College.  We eventually decided to move from Texas to Mesa, CO and purchased the Grand Mesa RV Park in mid-2017.  We (Shane, Dena and Addison)  absolutely love the people in Mesa, CO and are so happy to be here and a part of this community. 

We offer a year-round grocery-convenience store with  diesel, gasoline and propane.  Our cabin rentals, showers, and RV sites are also open all year making it convenient for the hunters, skiers, long-term and short-term traveler's year-round.
